Worked in the Branded Entertainment department on one account. We had a intern group on a specific assignment so there wasn't a lot of networking time or interaction with agency people. They definitely put you to work in this program! Very organized, task-oriented, gives you a real world feal for what your day-to-day tasks would be at an agency.

The company in general was a little too big for me and kind of corporate feeling. At the time there was a very poor morale in the office (I don't think they were doing well). Needless to say, a great experience, but I was eager to leave.

How to Land this Internship

Have prior agency experience. Be excited and interested in the job description - and have a great interview. In my case I only had a phone interview and they hired me, but I think most interns have in person interviews.

The Working Environment

Casual dress, semi-corporate atmosphere. My supervisor was young, down to earth and understanding that we were unpaid and still full time students - always a plus :)

The Interview Process

Very tactical questions. Prior experience, overall interests, what I can bring to the account.

Job Prospects

No.
