Endai is currently hiring a team of capable and motivated people to spearhead a sales program targeting national direct to consumer direct marketing companies.
I am a professional sales recruiter reporting to the CEO of Endai Worldwide. This company is has a hands-on approach to the sales process and sales training. The CEO is directly involved, and very selective when accepting interns for sales positions. Winning candidates must be smart, poised and confident. Interns must be college juniors or seniors, or recent graduates.
Only applicants who are serious about winning a full time position need apply. This is not a ?make photocopies, make coffee, and pick up dry-cleaning? internship. It?s very much the opposite ?a serious opportunity to launch a career with a niche Internet Marketing firm.

Winning candidates will be accountable for identifying prospective companies and earning new business in our successful Affiliate Marketing business. Your performance will be measured both by your sales results and your relative contribution to the Division. You will be exposed to top-notch sales training, learning the Endai Worldwide methodologies for building a book of business.
To be selected you need to be obsessive about succeeding in Internet sales, not afraid to make lots of phone calls, strong in time management and motivated to make a lot of money. You must have a clear, professional phone voice and perfect fluency in English. You must sound professional and confident on the phone. You must be able to ?hustle? and have the ability to think ?on your feet?.
Interns start out being paid at an hourly rate, with performance based bonus incentives. Top performing interns will have the chance for a full time position and earn a base salary, plus realistic residual commission income totaling $55K to over $120K annually.
