This could be one of the best internships I have ever had...and I have had my fair share of internships. Everyone is friendly, willing to help, and they have so much fun but get stuff done. You could be in the room with the president and you wouldn't know it because everyone treats you like and equal and everyone is there for the same reason: because they love where they work and what they do. What is important to do in this internship is to take initiative. They do not treat you like an intern which is good in most situations but at the same time it means they will not hold your hand in everything. If you have down time, which you will because you are an intern, you need to take the initiative and meet people and ask them if they have work for you to do.

How to Land this Internship

Just e-mail the HR department directly. They are so on top of everything there that they will e-mail you back the next day if they see something in you. Also, it doesn't hurt to utilize a contact there if you got one.

The Working Environment

Everyone is extremely welcoming and will talk to you if you make the effort and they are free.

Job Prospects

I was not offered a job but I was told to stay in touch with them once I graduated.
