Description
Catalyst Direct, Inc. is looking for an exceptional Business Development Intern to join our new business team during the summer of 2008. We are looking for an individual who is interested in gaining hands on experience in a fast paced, direct marketing agency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting the new business team with preparation for presentations, research/competitive analysis, information gathering via telephone surveys and report generation.
Required Experience
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required. Experience with a database program such as Act or Access is preferred. You should be very detail-oriented with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills required as well as the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Required Education
This internship is open to current students looking for a summer internship. We are looking for someone majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Management or Marketing or Communications.
