MMB is a small company where everybody gets to put in their two cents in order to achieve the best result possible. I got to work in areas as varied as quick service restaurants, automotive maintenance and online shoe retailers. I was present in voice over recording sessions, and in internal creative reviews (where the partners were present).
If you're ready to immerse yourself advertising world, and you want to work alongside people who have years and years of experience in the best agencies in the world, MMB is an excellent option.
I got a great recommendation and landed a job right after I left Boston. Even if you don't get hired (in case that they are fully staffed at the time), this is an excellent experience, and I recommend it 100%.

You need to be versatile, and be able to wear many hats. You need to be ready to jump in and solve situations as they arise, and you have to keep in mind at MMB no day is the same as the day before.
MMB looks for people who don't fit the mold, and who are not afraid to do things a little bit differently. They really do take the time to explore your ideas and your advertising knowledge, so you know that they need somebody to support all the teams, not just a copier monkey. By the way... they have free espresso drinks all day long!!
