There isn't a lot of structure to the internship program, which I like sometimes because I've been able to assist other departments like studio and planning when there's down time in account services. What's important to know is that you make your experience and there isn't going to be someone to hold you hand through everything here. I love the unique personalities that work here and the non-cubicle environment, but as the website says - Modernista is not for everyone.
