I couldn't have asked for a better internship! The team I worked for treated me like an employee - not an intern. They respected my opinion and involved me in everything they thought would be a good learning experience. If you can prove that you are capable of doing good work, you will be given a lot of responsibilities that are invaluable for your career development.

How to Land this Internship

Make sure your cover letter and resume reflect your true personality. You don't have to have the most experience or highest GPA - you just have to be eager to learn and willing to work hard.

The Working Environment

Relaxed atmosphere - it can get very hectic if your team is busy.

The Interview Process

You will probably be interviewed by at least 4-5 people. Know about the company before you come in and ALWAYS have questions to ask - it shows you are truly interested in the job.

Job Prospects

I am currently employed by Chiat - so yes.
