Realty Executives, The Cunniff Group, a real estate agency located in Newton, is currently seeking an intelligent, self-motivated intern capable of working with limited supervision to assist in the design and creation of marketing materials and other various design projects. This position will be part-time (between 16-20 hours a week)and is an unpaid internship for college credit only. This is the perfect opportunity for a Graphic Design student to gain some experience in a deadline driven environment before graduating! The right candidate possesses strong communication, organization, and time management skills, and is well spoken and personable. Being able to balance a variety of projects and meet various deadlines is a key component to success in this job. Responsibilities are as follows: ? Create marketing materials for real estate agency ? Create ads for newspapers and magazines ? Design booklets, brochures and postcards for mailings ? Conduct market research Required: Portfolio including a variety of examples using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design (and any other Macromedia or Adobe product), and/or print work.
