If you're considering a career in consumer public relations and marketing, marlo marketing/communications offers internships to select college students during Fall, Winter and Summer terms. Candidates must be extremely detail-oriented, exhibit an enthusiastic personality and have a willingness to learn. Priority is given to students completing an internship for college credit. All internships are non-paid, and at least 15 hours of work a week is required.
Intern responsibilities may include: Compiling press clips and writing media placement reports to measure public relations results Updating media database Proof reading and editing documents Assisting with special event planning and implementation Working with vendors Conducting research Assisting with administrative assignments
