As part of the GeneratioNext program, BDI on behalf of Advertising Week, AAAA’s Ad Council, Adrants, and AdAge Talent Works is producing the GeneratioNext Advertising Industry Diversity Job Fair & Leadership Conference. This national event will be a full day program with a morning leadership conference, which will offer an opportunity for job candidates to come face to face with today’s notable thought leaders working in the advertising industry. YouIntern.com is pleased to announce a new partnership with Tangerine, a talent placement service in New York City.
We’re especially proud to launch this partnership because Tangerine’s goals are similar to ours: placing candidates in companies where they will prove to be the best fit. While Tangerine deals with more senior-level placements, and we’re more committed to internships, our motives are pretty similar.
The internship at Tangerine promises to be an interesting and unique one: you’ll glimpse into the dynamic world of talent recruitment while working in a creative environment, managing some resumes and absorbing as much as you can.

First, the Massachusetts Daily Collegian, published at UMass Amherst, gave us some wonderful coverage, and Maurice Haynes, VP, Director of Worklife at Arnold Worldwide, had this to say:
